Our products are free of the most common allergens such as artificial colour and fragrance. However some people may find they are sensitive to essential oils and any substance, natural or chemical, is capable of triggering sensitivities - we are all unique and individual! For your protection we always list the complete ingredient listings next to the products we stock, so if you know you are sensitive to certain ingredients you can check whether or not they are in the product. However we regret that we are not able to offer a refund, credit or exchange if, after using a product, you find you are sensitive to it or it is unsuitable for your needs.
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will refund, exchange or offer a credit note for the product(s) if you return the goods in their original condition and packaging, at your own expense, within 10 days of receiving your order. Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.
All returns should be sent with your invoice (or a copy) and details of why you are returning the item(s) to the address shown below:
